Terms and Conditions of Sunvalley Abashon

Terms and conditions of the Sunvalley Abashon are as follows:

  • Residential plots should be used for residential purposes only, and should not be converted into commercial properties in any way. Before starting the building construction work, collect your gate pass by submitting all the documents required by the company.
  • The construction work should be started and completed according to the prescribed design approved by RAJUK. If the construction works variates from the RAJUK approved plan in that case the company can take any kind of measures.
  • All original documents will be checked by the site office representative before any construction work.
  • No tea shop, laundry shop, beauty parlor, grocery store, or any other temporary structure or shop should be set up in any plot for commercial purposes. Besides, no temporary/raw/hut/tin-shed houses should be constructed.
  • Any kind of obstruction to public movement by placing materials (eg: rods, cement, sand, bricks, etc.) on footpaths and roads is strictly prohibited and illegal.
  • Entry cards must be carried while entering the project area.
  • Gate passes must be displayed to the security guards to enter with construction materials in the project area.
  • Construction workers must use proper safety measures while constructing buildings.
  • The plot owner must obtain written permission (NOC/No Objection Letter) from the company before selling, transferring, or contracting to any real estate company or 3rd party for constructing a building on his plot.
  • The plot owners will be responsible for cleaning the plot after getting handover or possession.
  • Unethical or illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the project.
  • No additional boundary or partition shall be made without permission in any plot due to personal need or collective disagreement.
