Swadesh Properties Limited is Hiring AGM for Land Purchase

Job Responsibilities :

• Identification of suitable lands to be purchased the implementation of the project.
• Communicating with the Land owners.
• Documents verification during new land purchase.
• To be able to Maintain and develop strong relationship with Govt. offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other stakeholders.
• Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation, land taxation.
• Any other task as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements :

• Knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel, Auto CAD with Bangla & English type.
• Knowledge about land management software will be preferable.
• At least 15 years experience on Land Developments / Real Estate Company.
• Must have sufficient knowledge on land purchase & land management
• Retired Assistant settlement officer will be given preference.
• Adequate qualification on land survey.
